Return and Exchange Policy

At Havenly, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes products may not meet expectations, and we are here to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible. Please read the following carefully to understand our return and exchange policies and the process to initiate them.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, the order will be processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service via email or submit a contact form. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Damaged Products on Arrival

  • If your product arrives damaged, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund.
  • What to Do: Send a 30-second photo or video of the damaged product along with the order number to our customer service via email. After reviewing the evidence, we will proceed with the replacement or refund.

Exchange and Return Options

  • Time Frame: Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for reasons such as size issues or product dissatisfaction.
  • Condition: For an exchange or return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • How to Request:
    1. Contact our customer service via email, providing your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
    2. Download and complete the Return Form (PDF) and include it in the return package.
    3. Ship the item to the return address provided.

Wrong Product Delivered

  • If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we will promptly send the correct product at no additional cost.
  • What to Do: Contact our team via email with a photo of the incorrect item and your order number. We will send the correct product and guide you on how to return the wrong item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@havenly-home.com with your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any necessary documentation (photos/videos of damage or defects).
  2. Download and complete the .
  3. Once approved, securely package the item, include the completed Return Form, and ship it to the address we provide.
  4. The return or exchange will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Please Note: For Returns not due to defective products a 50% restocking fee is deducted and customer is responsible for return shipping.
