Order Cancellations

  • Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • How to Cancel: Please email us at info@havenly-home.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. After 24 hours, your order may be in processing or already shipped and cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at info@havenly-home.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions and the return address.
  3. Include the provided Return Form in your package.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos or a short video showing the issue, along with your order number.
  • We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • You will not be required to return the damaged/incorrect item in most cases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.
  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Items returned after 30 days.
  • Products that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted:
